  Arby's was great I tried their new apple crisp dessert to die for and while I was waiting for my order the clerk came and said that the fries were cooking and it was going to be a minute and then he offered me a free turnover the best ending a girl could have

  Absolutely HORRID SERVICE FROM JAMES!! I have NEVER been so dissatisfied with my service from ANY ESTABLISHMENT!! THIS BUILDING SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR HIRING SOMEONE THAT TREATS CUSTOMERS SO POORLY!!!!! Extremely rude remarks, rolling his eyes at me and saying whatever when HE forgot to give me my drink, I don't know if he was having a bad day, or if this is just acceptable behavior from employees here, but I will NOT be eating here again, so long as he is working!! I should NOT have an employee mumbling insults under his breath due to HIM FORGETTING PART OF MY ORDER!!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I understand a slight irritation due to dinner rush, but NOT BLATANT DISRESPECT!!!!
