  okay, so it's typical Arby's food. I'm only rating it because I was surprised at how over the top on good service the last guy provided when I was there. I've never seen somebody so happy about working fast food and was a bit blown away. The weird thing- I didn't feel like he was faking it. :)

  The only fast food place in town that can't understand me when I order. It takes several attempts for it to be right. I deal with it on occasion because sometime you just want that feeling of regret after you eat Arby's. It's just not the same as the feeling after eating Taco Bell or Wendy's.

  Our order was wrong after two times repeating it. Food was prepared decently. Not great.

  Came through the other night and, although the line was long, the wait was fast and the gentleman at the window was very friendly. He kindly told us our onion rings would be another minute, apologizing for the wait, cracking jokes with us. Very wonderful social skills and I know how hard it is to stay positive in a fast food joint having worked at one for two years. Also, the onion rings were amazing, having burnt my tongue because they were fresh and hot and I couldn't wait - but so worth it.
