  11am Sunday so slow that cars were leaving the drive thru.. the inside guy was so rude and short with people.. thank goodness they have the self order kiosk. can't wait for the robots to run the place.

  To many new people work there and they should learn customer service skills drive through screen doesn't work they don't have the 5 for 5 sign up so they charged me regular price the cashier probably pocketed the 5 dollars since I paid twice and since they don't have the 5 for 5 sign up I didn't know until after.

  Worst service I've ever had. Was greeted with one word , order. Drive thru was super slow. Employees are rude. Second time in 2 days they got my order wrong. Tried to call them but no one would answer the phone. Never going there again.

  Almost impossible for them to make the chocolate chip frappe right. I buy one almost every day and they're made wrong almost every single time. Not that hard to make considering it's the only thing I order so I don't have a complicated order. Get a better staff.
